Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DEFI PRO platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where its services are prohibited.

3. Services Offered

Liquidity mining with UNF token rewards
Rig leasing contracts with fixed-term output
Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) subscription windows
Staking and token swap functionality

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, and recovery phrases. The Platform cannot recover lost credentials or reverse on-chain transactions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Attack, interfere with, or attempt to compromise Platform systems
Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activity
Reverse engineer, scrape, or modify Platform smart contracts
Operate automated bots to manipulate outcomes

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEFI PRO's aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into the Platform in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to such claim. The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the interface, logos, text, graphics, and software code — is the property of DEFI PRO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

You may terminate your use at any time by disconnecting your wallet. The Platform may suspend or terminate access immediately upon material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by applicable law.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the Platform's registered office.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
